Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within the United Sates of America. We do shipping twice a week with additional days when indicated. Shipping takes usually 5-7 days from the date that you placed your order. Please allow ample time to receive your order. We will email you a tracking number when we process your order. You will not receive any tracking number unless you submitted your email at the time of purchase.

We do process priority mail/shipping based on the size of your order or the USPS guidelines. Generally, a flat rate will be applied toward shipping which is $6.99 per package. Boxes will be charged differently from $18 and up. We do not currently offer next day shipping. However, we might be able to fulfill same day or next day delivery if you leave within 5-10 miles from our business location. Please add notes regarding special shipping request if you are local.

We reserve the right to not honor your same day or next day delivery request based on the size of your order and other challenges that we may encounter. We will notify you of the status of the request using the contact information that you provided when you placed your order.

We keep images of all the items before leaving our location with the associated order number. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue when indicated. Note that we are not responsible for lost nor damaged items due to mishandling by the postal carrier. We carefully packed your item (s) using protective sheets and materials to prevent damages during transportation.

We will pack your item (s) based on your order, and the number of items that we have to ship. ALL of our packages are water proof and contain protective sheets. our boxes are not water proof, but we use protective materials to protect your item (s) from damages. Once the package leaves our location, we are not responsible for mishandling, damages and other issues associated with the postal carrier.

Please carefully inspect your package and take pictures/ images if you believe that you received the incorrect item (s). All shipping is final unless we pre-approve a return.
