Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes — we will email you a tracking number once your order is processed. You will only receive a tracking number if you provided your email address at the time of purchase.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item. We photograph all items before they leave our location, so we can evaluate and correct the issue quickly.

What if my package is damaged or lost in transit?

We carefully pack all orders using protective sheets and waterproof materials. However, once a package leaves our location, we are not responsible for mishandling, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. If you have an issue, please take photos and contact us right away.

What is your return policy?
